About Northwest Crescent Heights
Northwest Crescent Heights is a community in Medicine Hat Alberta located north of the South Saskatchewan River, north of 3 St. NW between Brier Park Rd., Northwest and Altawana Dr. NE. Naturally, it's located northwest of the Northeast Crescent Heights community, just east of Brier Industrial Estates and north of the Riverside community. The Family Leisure Centre is located north along 23 Street Northwest and the community itself features several neighbourhood parks and schools.
Northwest Crescent Heights Real Estate
This is primarily a residential community. In the centre, you'll find the Vincent Massey school, the Hockey Hounds Recreation Centre, the St. Michael's private school, and a small neighborhood green space park at the north end of the community. Home prices typically range from $220,000-$550,000 depending on size, location, amenities, and lot size. Homes were built anywhere from the 1960s to the 1990s so you'll find a variety of styles and designs from the tri-level, manufactured homes, single-story, two stories, and split entries. At any given time there are roughly 10 properties for sale in Northwest Crescent Heights. There are no homeowner association dues for properties within this community.
Residents are part of the Medicine Hat public school division and are typically assigned to the McCoy high school, the Webster Niblock School, and the Vincent Massey School.
